Content Coordinator

ÀVORA is a Swedish start-up fashion company in the premium segment. We work with sustainable items in a limited-edition scale of high quality and our target group is mainly women between 25-35.

We are looking to expand our small team and are in need of a talented and experienced content coordinator to join our Stockholm based team. The candidate will be a part of developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth for our brand. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure that all social media efforts are aligned with our brand goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and growth for our brand.

• Manage social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest

• Create and curate content for social media channels, including graphics, videos, stories and posts.

• Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies accordingly to improve engagement and growth.

• Engage with our social media audience and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts are aligned with overall brand goals and objectives.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices in the fashion industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media or content related fields, preferably in the fashion industry.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English.

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.

• Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Creative thinker and problem solver.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to work with many tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to adapt to rapid changes.
